Here’s the plain-English version of how you’re protected. Your roof is covered on two fronts. First, our own lifetime craftsmanship warranty stands behind the installation, the part that comes down to how carefully the work was actually done. If something we installed fails because of how we put it on, we come back and make it right. Second, the shingles and systems themselves carry the manufacturer’s material warranty, which covers the products against defects.
Why put our name on the craftsmanship specifically? Because most roofs that fail early don’t fail because of a bad shingle. They fail because of how the roof was installed: nails driven high or crooked, flashing rushed around a chimney, valleys or vents done on the cheap. A material warranty won’t save you from that. A contractor who guarantees the labor and actually comes back will.
We put the exact terms of both in writing before a single shingle comes off your roof, so there are no surprises and nothing you have to take on faith. Read it, ask questions, and keep your copy. A warranty is only ever worth as much as the company standing behind it, and we intend to still be here.
